Our nutrition services are more than just meal plans—they’re about partnering with you to support lifelong health. Every nutrition visit is designed to meet your unique needs, preferences, and goals, with evidence-based support for the whole family.

These services are led by Kathryn Profilet, RD, LD, a trusted registered dietitian in Austin with extensive experience in pediatric and adult nutrition. Kathryn takes a compassionate, whole-person approach to care—combining science, lived experience, and a deep understanding of what truly helps families thrive.

Kathryn graduated from the University of Texas in 2009 with a degree in Nutrition and began her career supervising a WIC clinic, where she taught breastfeeding and nutrition classes. Her passion for supporting families led her to become a certified lactation consultant in 2019. Today, she blends her knowledge of nutrition and lactation to deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care.

She has worked in a variety of settings, supporting patients with endocrine conditions, weight management goals, bariatric recovery, and pediatric growth concerns. Kathryn incorporates the Health at Every Size (HAES) approach and teaches mindful eating to help patients reach sustainable, realistic outcomes.

Whether you’re focused on fueling a young athlete, managing diabetes, navigating picky eating, or healing your relationship with food, Kathryn is here to guide you with practical tools, kindness, and expertise.
